 High-quality careers education, information and guidance (CEIAG) is central to our commitment to social mobility, ensuring all students develop the knowledge, skills and experiences required for successful progression to competitive Universities and Degree Apprenticeships.

• Our programme is strategically aligned to the Gatsby Benchmarks, reviewed termly through Compass, and informed by destinations data, student voice and labour market intelligence.  

• It is built on the principles of knowledge, experiences and personalisation, and delivered through a structured two-year programme that integrates careers learning within the curriculum, a comprehensive personal development offer and a wide range of enrichment opportunities.  

• A key strength is the extent to which provision is co-constructed with external partners, including universities, employers, apprenticeship providers and alumni, alongside targeted initiatives such as The Elephant Group ensuring students access meaningful encounters across a perse range of sectors.

• Staff are supported through ongoing CPD to embed careers within teaching and align provision with labour market trends, resulting in strong destination outcomes and students making informed, aspirational and ambitious post-18 choices.
