Students Excel in National Senior Maths Challenge

They were tasked with completing a 90-minute multiple-choice exam paper, which is sat by 100,000 other Year 12 and Year 13 students across the country in other state and independent schools.

A remarkable 13 Beauchamp City students achieved a gold certificate for finishing in the top 10% nationally. They have now been selected to participate in the Senior Kangaroo paper in November.

Furthermore, 38 students achieved silver, coming in the top 30% nationally.

And 75 were given a bronze certificate for finishing in the top 60%.

At national level, 60% of students who sat the paper received a certificate. At Beauchamp City, though, 70% were ranked at either gold, silver or bronze level, solidifying our commitment to equipping our students with the key skills needed to thrive both academically and holistically.
